Odell's Bagel opened in the Highland neighborhood in 2024, serving fresh sourdough bagels daily topped with house-cured fish, seasonal jams, and other creative ingredients. Chef-owner Miles Odell crafts hand-rolled, naturally leavened bagels plus sandwiches, spreads, and drinks.
